Lori Brown serves as the District Coordinator for Senate Minority Leader Brian W. Jones, where she helps businesses and residents navigate the complexities of government agencies and services. During her presentation, Lori will share how Senator Jones’s office can assist local businesses in resolving issues related to state departments such as the Department of Insurance, Franchise Tax Board, Small Business Assistance, Employment Development Department, and Contractors State License Board, among others.

She will also explain how the office provides referrals and connections to other levels of government — including city, county, and federal agencies — ensuring that community members have the support they need when working through bureaucratic or casework challenges.
