About Us

ComForCare Home Care in San Diego County is dedicated to empowering individuals to live their best lives by providing comprehensive in-home care services. Our offerings include personal care assistance, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and specialized programs such as DementiaWise® for those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We also offer respite care to support family caregivers, ensuring they receive necessary breaks while their loved ones continue to receive attentive care.

In addition to serving seniors, we are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities through our Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS). These programs are tailored to promote autonomy and community engagement, assisting clients in developing skills necessary for independent living and providing ongoing support to maintain their independence. Our transportation services facilitate attendance at appointments and social activities, further enhancing our clients' ability to engage with their communities. We proudly serve veterans, honoring their service by ensuring they receive the compassionate and reliable care they deserve.
