About Us

In 2014, Arianna Twining launched Arianna’s Home Management, guided by the example of her mom, grandpa, and grandma, all of whom live(d) by the principle: genuinely help others, but not for the recognition. Their quiet, compassionate influence shaped Arianna’s values and continues to guide how her company operates today.

In working on her business, Arianna initially set out to prove she could do everything on her own. What she learned, and what she now teaches her team, is that asking for help and giving it are two of the most powerful things one can do for another. She’s built a company rooted in the belief that the right support changes everything. This mindset along with the sincere desire to serve others led to the expansion and creation of PERSISTANT Inc. in 2020.

PERSISTANT is a team of professional personal assistants who take pride in their work and the services they offer. At their core, they believe in offering support tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and pace. Some of the services they offer include household management, organization, administrative assistance, executive support, lifestyle management, errands, personal and grocery shopping, scheduling, event planning, research, basic tech support, and liaising with legal or financial professionals. They provide clients with trusted help in both personal and/or professional aspects of their lives. As client needs evolve, so do they, scaling up support while maintaining their signature care and attention. No two clients are the same and that’s exactly how they approach their work.
