Our family owned and operated facility has been in Poway over 42 years serving our local community with quality martial art training. Poway Martial Arts encompasses 5 martial art programs: Boxing, Kenpo Karate, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, & MMA all taught by experts in those respective disciplines.
