POWAY, CA — Mark your calendars for one of the region’s most dynamic business expos! The Poway Chamber of Commerce invites the entire community to the 2025 Business Showcase & Hiring Event on August 25th; a day of networking, opportunity, and community engagement.

Open to the public and completely free to attend, this event is a must for job seekers, business owners, or anyone curious about our local business environment. Attendees will meet a wide array of businesses and organizations from across healthcare, finance, retail, hospitality, non-profits, and more. Whether you’re searching for a new career or simply want to learn more about the businesses that call Poway and North County home, you’ll find something at this showcase.

What to Expect

• Explore dozens of vendors—including Poway Fire Department, Poway Sheriff’s Department, healthcare providers, local small businesses, and more.
• Meet employers who are hiring! Many vendors are actively recruiting, including roles in healthcare, home care, business services, and emergency services.
• Connect with local public safety—tour a fire engine, meet local deputies, and learn about law enforcement and fire careers.
• Discover job opportunities—Poway Fire Department is actively recruiting Firefighter/Paramedics, and several other employers will have recruiters and information onsite.

Want to showcase your business? The event is still accepting vendors and sponsors at various levels, although space is limited and expected to sell out. Vendor tables are available—$150 for Chamber members, $200 for non-members. Sponsorships are also open at multiple levels, each featuring promotional perks and a complimentary vendor table to maximize your business visibility.
